Terms of Service

Please review these terms carefully before using the Hackathon Platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the platform you confirm that you have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization and that you will comply with all applicable laws.

2. Use of the service

You may use the platform only to operate hackathon-related programs. Automated scraping, resale, or use for unlawful activity is prohibited.

3. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data uploaded to the service. We process information solely to deliver the contracted features and improve reliability.

4. Payment terms

Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in suspension of the workspace.

5. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid during the previous 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
